Effective 03/01/2024: Each year your certificate(s) awarded by LSP will expire on December 31st. Certification renewal will need to be completed within 31 days (month of January) from the printed date of expiration on your certificate to avoid a late fee ($30.00) being added to your renewal cost.

CERTIFICATION STATUS

1 Year Expired = Expired (31 days to renew with no late fee)

1-2 Years Expired = Inactive ($30.00 late fee added to renewal cost)

3+ Years Expired = Certification Voided. Student will need to retake the 

course to reinstate active certification.
