Effective 03/01/2024: Each year your certificate(s) awarded by LSP will expire on December 31st. Certification renewal will need to be completed within the Annual Renewal Period of 

December 1st - January 31st 

CERTIFICATION STATUS

1 Year Expired = Expired (31 days to renew with no late fee)

1-2 Years Expired = Inactive ($30.00 late fee added to renewal cost)

3+ Years Expired = Certification Voided. Student will need to retake the 

course to reinstate active certification.
